CREATIVE LIBERTY
I make all of the desserts in house, by hand, this includes mixing and making colors with food coloring. Variations in color, design, and details are to be expected.
We reserve the right to some amount of artistic interpretations on all orders.
We will not refund orders for this type of discrepancy as we do our best to create desserts that are beautiful and tasteful with the available resources we have.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
I am not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 73 degrees Celsius or below.

For pick up, once a customer picks up their order, all liability leaves myself. I will give the appropriate directions for storage temperatures, locations, etc. Any damage that occurs once the product is picked up is at the fault of the customer.
REFUND/CANCELLATION
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I, as the owner and only employee, shall reserve the right to refund a customer only in the event that I cannot fulfill the order and shall notify the customer via email of this.
Any product that is not picked up on the agreed upon date will also not be refunded and we will discarded in 24 hours.
No refunds, postponements or rescheduling will be allowed once an order is paid due to COVID, illness, inclement weather or general cancellation.
PRIVACY/SAFETY
Cecilia Baking Company will not retain any of your information other than you name, address, and email.

I will never call you and ask for payment over the phone. If you receive a call or text from someone claiming to be me, that is fraud. Do not provide your information to that entity.
CAKE TOPPERS/FLOWERS
Cecilia Baking Company will not provide any toppers, flowers, candies, chocolates or other cake decor unless agreed upon in the order agreement. These items are additional charge. If an inspiration picture is provided, do not assume that the toppers are included unless discussed otherwise.
